Refund Policy
You may submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase. Requests are reviewed under Kiwart Solutions LLP's published refund policy and applicable law. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A refund request is not the same as cancelling a subscription. Turning off auto-renewal stops future renewal charges but does not by itself refund any payment already made; a refund request is reviewed separately.
Refund requests can be submitted from your client portal (Portal → My orders → Request refund) within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds are completed only after our payment gateway confirms the refund. Service-specific terms: /terms/hosting-terms and /terms/email-terms.
